一、廣州進口食品報關(guān)清關(guān)流程

1.進口商公司必須擁有海關(guān)及檢疫的進出口備案，需要有進口出權(quán)才能進口，如果沒有進出口權(quán)又想進口商品，那么可以**我司進出口權(quán)進口。

2.進口商需向工商部門申請（食品流通許可證）。

所指預包裝食品進口辦理標簽，認監(jiān)委的合格進口允許。

4.進口產(chǎn)品得到允許后，在發(fā)貨需辦理標簽備案。

5.找報關(guān)公司代理，商檢抽樣報關(guān)等事。

6.中國檢驗檢疫局的合格證書，產(chǎn)品加貼中文標簽即可出售。

二、收貨人備案的流程

1、進口商填寫食品收貨人備案申請表。

2、工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營者備案登記表、進出口貨物報關(guān)登記證、自理報檢備案登記表等復印件并校驗正本；

3、企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全管理制度、進口食品流通許可證、日常工作管理制度表、經(jīng)營范圍 存放地點說明等

4、提供兩年內(nèi)曾從事食品進口、加工和銷售的相關(guān)說明。

5、擬定經(jīng)營進口食品的種類、存放地點、并實記錄進口化妝品流向，記錄保存期限不得少于2年。

6、收貨人必須要有食品經(jīng)營相關(guān)范圍;

7、收貨人要有食品流通許可證;
